You may remember DC Shoes from back in the day; for me what resonates most is the huge intertwined DC logo on the side of—for what was considered back then—a chunky sneaker. This world renown company has been a leader in skateboarding apparel while still embodying a lifestyle brand. We can see how much skate culture has such a powerful influence on fashion, and while DC Shoes still remains a skate brand first, they are gearing up to become more streetwear focused as well.
I’ve partnered up with DC to style some fire pieces from their Fall collection. The Tribeka sneaker is their newest silhouette—it’s extremely comfortable and super fun to style with all of it’s different colorways. By blending skate performance with a versatile collection that can enhance your streetwear looks, DC encourages you to rock the brand entirely in your own way. Yours for the taking.
For this next look, I styled the E.Tribeka camo sneaker. Color matching was vital for this look being that the sneaker is so tonal. I kept with earth tones to match throughout the outfit added the Carhartt jacket for a pop of color as well as to bring out the orange in the sneaker.
For this last look, I styled the E.Tribeka sneakers in peach parfait. This was one of the most fun looks to style because it was for soft and flirtatious while still being very street style savvy. I paired pink Ader Error cargos, a basic white tank, and added another touch of pink with my Kith Women Serena hoodie.
Street style is experimental. There are no boundaries or limits. Thank you DC Shoes for giving me this amazing opportunity. #YoursForTheTaking
